GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in this tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy presented during the booking process.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 19 years old (legal drinking age in Republic of Korea).
Valid identification may be requested at any time.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation without refund if age requirements are not met.

3. Nature of the Tour

This is a social drinking game experience held at a designated venue in Seoul.

Tour details, venue, schedule, and program elements may be reasonably modified if necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.

4. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation is entirely voluntary.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Alcohol consumption involves inherent risks.
  • You choose to consume alcohol at your own discretion.
  • You are solely responsible for monitoring your alcohol intake.
  • You are responsible for your own behavior, decisions, transportation, and safety before, during, and after the tour.

You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or consequences arising from participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

The organizer shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Theft or loss of belongings
  • Accidents or incidents involving participants
  • Actions of other participants
  • Actions of the venue or third parties
  • Events occurring before, during, or after the event

If liability is legally established, it shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for participation.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward:

  • Other guests
  • Venue staff
  • Property

The organizer may remove any participant, without refund, for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.

Participants remain personally liable for any damages they cause.

7. Health & Fitness to Participate

By booking, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to consume alcohol.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You are not under medication or conditions that conflict with alcohol consumption.
  • You understand your personal alcohol tolerance.

The organizer provides no medical supervision or health monitoring.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policy presented during the booking process.

By completing your booking and agreeing via checkbox confirmation, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy.

Chargebacks or payment disputes that contradict the agreed cancellation policy may be formally contested.

9. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

The organizer does not guarantee:

  • Specific social outcomes
  • Number of participants
  • Particular group composition
  • Personal enjoyment or compatibility

The tour is a social experience and results may vary.

10. Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Venue closures
  • Safety concerns

In such cases, remedies may be limited to rescheduling or refund at the organizer’s discretion.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea.

Any dispute arising from participation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
